What are Shortcut and why it is important too?



We humans are huge fans of shortcuts. We find a solution to make a task shorter in order to finish it fast. This is why shortcuts have appeared on the computer as well.

Shortcut keys and shortcuts are initiatives that execute when a certain key or key combination is pressed. A computer is awash with different types of shortcut & shortcut keys to make your work fast.

Shortcuts on a computer can be either system-generated or user-generated. The example of system generated shortcut keys are like – universal key combination “Ctrl + C” & “Ctrl + V”. On the other hand user- generated shortcut keys are made by user themselves. User can give certain available key combination to program or folder in order to use them easily and smartly.

You can create a shortcut as follows in Windows:

Creating Shortcut is super easy in Windows, just press the ALT Key and drag the icon of any folder or programs to create a shortcut.
